Who we are

ApplyArk is operated by Femowen LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“ApplyArk,” “we,” or “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Femowen LLC. By creating an account or using ApplyArk, you agree to these terms. ApplyArk is intended for users in the United States.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an ApplyArk account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not meet this requirement, you may not create an account or use ApplyArk.

ApplyArk is a career tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. Eligibility is confirmed through an age acknowledgement at sign-up; we do not collect a date of birth or age-verification documents.

Your account

• Provide accurate account and profile information.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us at support@applyark.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use ApplyArk for spam, fraud, scraping, harassment, or any unlawful activity.
• Share your account, misuse credentials, or try to access another person’s account or data.
• Try to bypass plan limits, usage credits, security controls, or guarded auto-apply rules.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Using ApplyArk

ApplyArk helps you manage your job search, prepare career materials, review job fit, and organize applications. You remain responsible for reviewing your materials, your application choices, your communications with employers, and anything you submit.

AI-assisted features

Some features use AI to suggest or write content. AI-generated content is assistance, not a guarantee of accuracy. Review it before you rely on it, use it, or submit it.

No guarantee of results

ApplyArk can help you prepare and organize, but it does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, employer responses, applicant-tracking-system outcomes, compensation, or any other career result.

Your content

You may provide resumes, job descriptions, career goals, cover letters, application notes, and other materials. You are responsible for having the rights to submit that content and for reviewing generated or suggested output before you use it.

Your content is private to your account. ApplyArk does not offer public posting, publishing, or community sharing, so we do not make your content available to other users.

Plans and billing

Paid plans and recurring billing are not currently available. You can use ApplyArk without payment, and we do not charge you, start trials, or renew anything automatically. Before paid plans become available, we will update these terms and show the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and how to cancel before any charge.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause, or limit features for security, abuse prevention, reliability, legal compliance, or maintenance. Sensitive actions, such as security changes and guarded auto-apply decisions, may require additional checks.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. You can stop using ApplyArk at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@applyark.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page.
