Who we are

ApplyArk is operated by Femowen LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.

Requests you can make

• Access: ask for a copy or summary of the personal information associated with your account.
• Correction: update your profile in your account settings, or ask us to correct other information.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your account and personal information, subject to the limited exceptions in our Privacy Policy.
• Copy: ask for a copy of the personal information you provided.

How to make a request

Email privacy@applyark.com from the email address on your account. Self-service account deletion and data export are not yet available in the app, so these requests are handled by email.

To protect your account, we will verify your identity before acting on a request. If you signed in only with a third-party sign-in or an email link, we may need to verify your identity another way. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Emails

ApplyArk currently sends only account emails, such as sign-up confirmations and password resets. These are needed to operate your account.

Sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
